This privacy policy aims to inform you about how RayureGo ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal data you transmit to us via our website, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

When you fill out our contact or quote request form, we collect the following data:
- First and Last Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal code / Location
- Photos of the damage (scratches) on your vehicle
- Any other information you choose to share in your message
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Your data is collected for the following purposes:
- Processing your contact request and providing an estimate for repair costs.
- Scheduling and executing our at-home repair service.
The processing of this data is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) as well as your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit the form.
4. Data Recipients
Your personal data is strictly for internal use by RayureGo. It is not sold, rented, or communicated to third parties, except for our technical service providers (hosting, email service) who act as processors and are subject to the same confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention Period
Data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:
- In case of service provision, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived according to legal obligations (notably accounting and tax obligations of 7 years in Belgium).
- If the request does not lead to a service, your data is deleted within a maximum period of 12 months.
